bike riding drunk
Is it illegal to ride a push bike while drunk?

me and a couple of mates were arguing about whether it is illegal to cycle down the pub and have a few pints (actually more than a few) and then cycle home again on public roads.

Oh and im talking about in the UK, i don’t want to be filled in on the complexities of american law

You may get better answers if you could post your question on the UK’s bicycle forum. We do not know any more about UK law than you do about USA law.
